Most TF2 cheats run on the PC you play on. CyNickal runs on a second PC and reads TF2 through a DMA card, so nothing runs next to the game.
You need a DMA card with firmware and a second Windows PC with at least 8 GB of RAM. A MAKCU, Ferrum or KMBox Net is optional, for aim input.
