Terms of Use

These terms cover privatesolution.org, our Discord server and every order placed with Private Solutions ("we", "us").

1. Accepting these terms

By visiting our website, joining our Discord or placing an order, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, and to all laws that apply to you. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services. The content on this website is protected by copyright and trademark law.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use our services or place an order. If you are under 18, you may not use them for any reason. We may refuse service to anyone and change who is eligible at any time. You are responsible for making sure that buying and using our products is legal where you live. Our services are for your own use, not for the benefit of someone else.

3. Lawful use

We do not encourage or support illegal activity, copyright infringement or breaking the terms of any third-party service. You are fully responsible for how you use any product you buy from us.

4. Your account and website content

You can sign in with Discord to see your orders. Keep your Discord account and email secure, and tell us right away if someone else gets access. You may view our website for personal use only. You may not copy, republish, reverse engineer, mirror or remove copyright notices from anything on it. We may end this permission at any time if you break these terms.

5. What we sell

We sell digital license keys for third-party PC software, firmware and setup services, and physical hardware such as DMA cards and accessories. Descriptions, pictures and prices may change at any time. If we find a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Independent reseller

Private Solutions is an independent reseller of third-party PC software licenses, sold under reseller agreements with the software developers. We do not make the software we resell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or game developer. All game names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

7. Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We accept:

• Automatic crypto payments through NOWPayments.
• Manual crypto payments, confirmed in a Discord ticket.
• Card payments through Stripe, when card checkout is available.
• Rewarble vouchers, sent unredeemed in a Discord ticket.

An order is confirmed only once it is paid in full. Crypto must be sent for the exact amount on the correct network. Underpaid orders stay on hold until the balance is paid. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address or network.

8. Key delivery

Keys are delivered by email, on your order page or in your Discord ticket once payment is confirmed. Most arrive within minutes. Some are delivered by hand and can take longer. Make sure your email address is correct. After delivery, keeping your key safe is your responsibility.

9. Licenses and subscriptions

• Refunds and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.
• A license cannot be upgraded or downgraded to a different product.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as the software developer keeps that product available. If it is discontinued, no refund or compensation is owed.
• Licenses may not be shared, resold or tampered with. Breaking this rule ends your access without a refund.
• The software developer or we may end a license at any time if these terms are broken.
• In rare cases a setup may need a Windows reinstall. We will help you through it, but it is not grounds for a refund.

10. No guarantee of compatibility or availability

We do not promise that any product will work with every system, game, Windows update or third-party platform, or that it will stay available. Software developers can change, pause or discontinue their products at any time without notice.

11. Your risk and third-party terms

Products you buy from us may be used alongside games and platforms run by other companies, and using them may break those companies' rules. You are responsible for reading and following them. You accept all risks of using our products, including account suspensions, data loss, system problems or hardware issues. We are not responsible for any of these outcomes.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use stolen payment methods or abuse payment services to get products for free.
• Share, resell or publish keys you bought from us, unless we agree in writing.
• Harass our staff or members, or abuse our support channels.
• Copy, scrape or attack our website or Discord server.

We may cancel orders, revoke keys and remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.

13. Chargebacks and disputes

Contact us on Discord before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. False disputes, payment abuse or attempts to get products without paying can lead to revoked keys, a permanent ban and a report to the payment provider. We may share order records, access logs, IP data and usage evidence with payment providers to answer a dispute.

14. Warranty and disclaimers

Hardware is covered by the warranty in our Refund Policy. Firmware warranties are listed on each firmware plan. Apart from those, everything is provided "as is" and "as available". Our website may contain typing or photo mistakes, and we do not promise it is always accurate, complete or current.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, accounts or profits, or damage to your system. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order involved. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs, including legal fees, brought against Private Solutions, its owners, staff or suppliers because of your use or misuse of our services, a breach of these terms or a breach of someone else's rights.

17. Links to other sites

We are not responsible for websites we link to, and a link does not mean we endorse them. You visit them at your own risk.

18. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be settled individually through binding arbitration, and you give up the right to join a class action or a group arbitration against us, where the law allows.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version, and using our services after a change means you accept it.
