Refund Policy

1. Digital products

• Once a key is activated, it cannot be refunded. This applies to every game license key, whatever the reason.
• If a key we sent will not activate (for example it shows as invalid or already used), open a Discord ticket within 24 hours with your order number. We will replace it, or refund you if we cannot replace it.
• Firmware and setup services cannot be refunded once they have been delivered or carried out. If we made a mistake processing or delivering your order, we will put it right or refund you.
• Refunds are not given for user error, a PC or setup that does not meet the listed requirements, or breaking our terms.
• Products may be discontinued by the software developer or by us at any time, and that does not create a right to a refund.
• Opening a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first can lead to revoked keys and a ban. False disputes may be reported to the payment provider.

2. Hardware

• 90-day warranty: hardware is covered against defects for 90 days from delivery. If a unit is faulty, open a Discord ticket. Once we receive it back, we will send a replacement or give store credit. The warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse or changes you make to the hardware.
• Hardware orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• Hardware is refunded only if we made a mistake with your order.
• You can change your shipping address until the label has been created. After that, it cannot be changed.

3. Breaking our terms

• Sharing or reselling keys, abusing payment systems or tampering with the software ends your access with no refund. This does not apply where you have a reseller agreement with us.

4. Discontinued products

• "Lifetime" licenses last for as long as the software developer keeps that product available. If it is discontinued, no refund or compensation is owed.
• In rare cases a setup may need a Windows reinstall. We will help you through it, but no refund is given for it.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method where possible. Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin, to an address you give us, for the US dollar value of the order, minus network fees. Rewarble payments may be refunded as store credit.

6. Contact

If you think we made a mistake, open a ticket in our Discord within 14 days of purchase with your order number: discord.gg/Ff4xa5hFCU. Requests that do not meet the conditions above will not be approved.
