Will a DMA card work with my PC?
Tell us your parts in a Discord ticket. We check that it fits before you pay.
Do I need to know technical stuff?
No. Tell us what you have and what you want, and a real person helps you through the setup.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. Setup help on Discord is free. If you would rather we do it, remote setup is $15 for one product. Bigger jobs, like flashing firmware, get a price in your ticket first.
How do I pay?
Game license keys and RDMA: card (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or crypto at checkout. Firmware: crypto at checkout. Hardware: send an order request on the website and we confirm it with you. PayPal, gift cards and Rewarble go through a Discord ticket. See Payment methods.
What is XMA?
DMA with no card to buy. Your motherboard does the job of the card. Plans start at $69 a month. See the XMA page.
What is RDMA?
A two-PC setup on the same local network. The main PC needs a Realtek RTL8125 adapter. See RDMA plans or the RDMA setup guide.
Which games have DMA licenses?

Can I get a refund?
Keys cannot be refunded once they are activated. If a key we send will not activate, open a Discord ticket and we replace it. See the refund policy.
Do you have discount codes?
Yes. After your order, leave a vouch in our Discord and open a ticket. We give you a one-time 3% coupon code for your next order. Enter it at checkout under "Have a coupon code?". Coupons and the 5% Server Booster discount can't be combined; you get whichever is bigger.
