• Personal details: your email address, Discord username and ID, and for hardware orders your name, shipping address and phone number if given.
• Technical details: IP address, browser, device and operating system, collected when you visit the site.
• Logs: sign-in records, access times and account activity, used for security, fraud prevention and disputes.
• Order details: products bought, order number, amount, payment method, payment status and order history.
• Messages: what you send us in Discord tickets or emails.

We never see or store your full card number. Card details go directly to Stripe.

2. How we use it

• Orders: to take payment, deliver keys, ship hardware and give support.
• Improving our services: to run and improve the website and our products.
• Contacting you: to send order and account emails. We only send promotions if you agree to them.
• Security: to spot and stop fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
• Legal reasons: to follow the law and enforce our terms.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs:

• Stripe processes card payments.
• NOWPayments processes automatic crypto payments.
• Rewarble checks and redeems vouchers.
• Resend sends our order and key delivery emails.
• Discord provides sign-in and our support tickets.
• Cloudflare hosts the website, stores order records and protects the site.
• Software developers whose keys we resell may receive what they need to issue your key.
• Couriers receive your shipping details for hardware orders.

If our business is sold or merged, customer information may be transferred as part of it. We may also share information where the law or a payment provider requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect our customers or ourselves. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Security

We use secure connections and limit who can see customer data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee it. Please keep your Discord account and email safe too.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong or missing.
• Delete your information, except records we must keep for legal, dispute or security reasons.
• Stop sending you promotional messages at any time.
